Within 14 days of the delivery date of your product, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. The customer assumes the cost of shipping to return the item to: Bio Force SAS, 26A rue de la gare, FR-68730, Blotzheim (France).

Please note, a 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns.

A refund will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. We recommend you send your return with receipt upon delivery.

If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, please contact us at shop@train4dynamics.com.   We require a receipt or proof of purchase, and in order to return the merchandise, you must have directly purchased the merchandise online from train4dynamics.com  

Merchandise purchased from another person, entity, or distributor must be returned to that person, entity, or distributor.

*Note, if shipping outside the EU, please state on your shipping form “return sample”.

Items that CANNOT be returned:

All apparel must be returned with the original boxing, unused and in condition to resell.

Merchandise/equipment purchased after 14 days of receipt of shipment.

With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.

*Please also note, train4dynamics.com is unable to accept returns for items that have been altered or damaged after being received.   For example: equipment damaged from outside elements/factors, such as increase sun or cold exposure.

Improper storage, we recommend to store all equipment in a cool, dry place.

Uneven color patterns or discolouration due to use

Improper cleaning (e.g., harsh chemicals or damage from washer/dryer machines)

Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids.

Warranty Claims

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects and not misuse during the training. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a picture of the damage and a picture to shop@train4dynamics.com.  After discerning the defect/damage, we will initiate a replacement and or return to: Bio Force SAS, 26A rue de la gare, FR-68730, Blotzheim (France).
